| Sr Financial Analyst, Location: Portland Metro Area |
|
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly foreign currency exchange entries and consolidate financial statements
- Post monthly inter-company elimination entries
- Calculate and post transfer prices quarterly based on financial, legal and tax requirements
- Work closely with external tax accountants in the development of tax provisions and estimated tax payments
- Prepare and analyze monthly department budget variance reports
- Develop complex and detailed financial models for various financial structures to evaluate cash flows and investment returns and operation performance of projects
- Oversee sales tax calculation and filing done by staff accountant
- Provide information to management by assembling, and summarizing data; analyzing trends; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses and recommendations
- Coordinate key components of the annual budgeting information system
- Develop and manage elements of the budget calendar
- Prepare and file all required annual reports and corporate filings worldwide
Required:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- Four to seven years of financial analysis/financial reporting experience
- Experience in multiple currency transactions, transfer pricing, inter-company transactions and financial statement consolidations
- Exceptionally strong budgeting, forecasting, planning and modeling abilities including advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with a variety of accounting software products, Outlook, and Access
- Strong mathematical and data entry skills
Preferred:
Experience with domestic and international tax calculations and complex debt arrangements
Experience with sales and use tax calculations and filing
