Territory Account Manager - Hunter mentality required

Location:                    Richmond, VA

Compensation:           $30 -$35K Base plus car allowance and commission!

Reports to:                  District Sales Manager

 

Our client is a full-service financial services company established in 1988 to fill a void in service left by other major financial services providers. They are a division of a 50+ year old grocery wholesaler with over 1200 employees nationwide, currently the 5th largest convenient store distributor in the country with 5,000+ merchants and revenues in excess of $1 Billion.

As a Territory Account Manager with our client you will be responsible for selling and managing payment processing products (including Bill Pay) and services to grocery and convenient store locations within a geographic territory, currently defined as the state of Virginia and select surrounding areas.

As a Territory Account Manager you will set your own schedule and priorities. Your core responsibilities are account creation, retention, and growth. This territory does not have an existing book of business.Hunter mentality required! You will be given all the tools necessary to succeed.

An Ideal candidate will have knowledge of the grocery/convenient store industry, experience selling through similar channels with a proven track record of cold calling success, or someone with experience in grocery/convenient store management.A clean driving record is a must and a pre-employment drug screen is required.
