Prior to joining the staff at EPS Matt spent 9 years in sales, 7 of which were concentrated in engineering.

Matt recruits exclusively within the Engineering niche, and holds a Bachelors degree in Historical Studies from Marylhurst University, as well as 2 culinary degrees. Matt is skilled at determining his clients needs while successfully guiding candidates through periods of rapid advancement. Matt takes extraordinary time and attention in understanding his client’s need and tailors a course of action accordingly.
