Cheryl Oswald Recruiter, Accounting & Finance Cheryl brings to Express Professional Staffing more than 7 years of experience in human resources, 15 years of customer service and management. She joined the Express Professional team in June of 2004, and is responsible for staffing Accounting and Finance candidates to meet the needs of growing companies. She has experience guiding candidates through periods of growth, and a unique understanding of the needs of organizations. Prior to Express Professional Staffing, Cheryl served as Human Resource Coordinator for the Haggen Food & Pharmacy Oregon District. While there, Cheryl was responsible for recruiting, hiring, motivating and orientating Haggen's management and associate teams for existing and new store openings. Her strong Recruiting and customer service background also includes Nordstrom. From 1985 to 1997 as the Nordstrom Estee Lauder Account Coordinator, Cheryl played a key role in recruiting, hiring, motivating and training counter sales associates for 6 locations in her region. |
