Ashli Sardo

Ashli joined Specialized Recruiting Group in February of 2010 and has been in the staffing industry for over 15 years 10 of which were spent in a leadership position.  In the beginning of her career Ashli was a Staffing Coordinator at a home health care facility where she placed over 150 medical professionals to patients homes and contracted services out to 13 other staffing agencies.  During that time she was attending college and working towards her Accounting degree and was promoted to financial services.  After working in financial services she gained employment out of the nonprofit area and became a Controller and Human Resource manager for 5 companies under one umbrella.  In 1998 Ashli joined Robert Half International where she spent more than four and a half years making a difference.  After relocating to the west coast she quickly worked her way up the ranks from Branch Manger to Area Manager and Regional Director for a 30 million dollar IT & Engineering territory.  Her areas of expertise include Medical Staffing, Accounting & Finance, Commercial, Clerical, Information Technology and Engineering.
